I may have talked before about how much I like to use the word "so." When I'm blogging, I restrict myself to one use of "so" in my blog posts. It's a tough limit. I want to use it SOOOOO much. :)
In the final What's Next coaching call yesterday, Stacy made fun of me for using it verbally. "You've said 'so' about twelve times." Yeah, yeah. What else is new? The "so" filter works in writing, but not so much in my speaking. To improve my verbal "so" filter, instead of saying, "So..." I'll say "full stop."
We'll see how well that works.
Full stop.

Ha ha! I love it. full stop.

So... do you think it's going to sound any better to say "full stop?" I think people will just look at you funny (ok... funnier).
Personally, I think something akin to my "cuss jar" would serve you better. And think how much more quickly you're save your way into a trip to, oh, say... Atlantis!
Love you,
A

Heck, people look at me funny anyway. Why not give them yet more reasons? :)
